Your job responsibilities
- Your job is to select & coordinate pharmaceutical suppliers from Kenya and all around the world, ensuring the right medicines are in the right place at the right time.
- You will create offers and tender proposals for complex UN/NGO medicine procurement.
- You are the focal point for our customers for operational projects as well as on strategic initiatives.

What we expect from you
- You go the extra mile, you can see the big picture and take the initiative.
- Pharmaceutical background, e.g., higher education in pharmacy or similar and / or work experience in quality or regulatory environment or pharma / medical devices industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility with end users’ best interest in mind.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Striving in complex multi-stakeholder environment, proactive thinking and hands-on initiative.
- Fluent in English.
