Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas and topics.
- Help manage and grow the companys social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Summarize research findings and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting email lists, and tracking campaign performance.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with best practices and legal requirements.
- Help optimize website content for search engines by conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor website traffic and assist in SEO analytics.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign performance.
- Create reports and visualizations to share insights with the marketing team.
- Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events, webinars, or trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics and track event participation.
- Create basic graphics and visuals for marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns.
- Work with design tools and templates to maintain a consistent brand image.
- Help maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Ensure materials are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
- Assist in raising brand awareness by participating in community outreach, partnerships, or influencer collaboration.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies, messaging, and digital presence.
- Provide insights to the marketing team for competitive positioning.
- Address customer inquiries and requests related to marketing materials, promotions, or events.
