Job brief

We seek a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the Logistics Management Solutions by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales teams potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Market Knowledge in the automotive/ tracking is needed to understand market dynamics, including trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. This knowledge is used to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge in Logistics Management solutions is needed to understand product features, benefits, and applications, allowing them to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Sales Techniques are needed to drive sales and meet targets. Sales managers are well-versed in various sales techniques, including consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry regulations is needed to ensure sales practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least three years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
