Job Summary:
Preparing and analyzing month-end reports, and audit the data provided for management,
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing month-end reports, and audit the data provided for management,
- Updates of A-R data reports, such as the Main Data, Collector’s account files, etc.,
- Maintain weekly statistics and trackers up to date, including trends in the aging of each collector, payments received by each collector, ratios, projections, for both management and employees.
- Generate and distribute reports ad hoc, of Account Receivables by city and region, highlighting the top 25 accounts, comparisons with the previous week, and providing update notes for management.
- Create and maintain a Database with the accounts of all collectors, updated weekly, and a payment database.
- Document and track all payments received for specific branches and create reports/statistics.
- Provide support to other employees to explain reports and resolve problems.
- Auditing the AR on a regular basis to maintain the data integrity.

Accountability
These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

- Proficiency in Excel software.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and methodical, with excellent analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude towards collecting and validating financial information.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a sense of responsibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related field.
- Professional Accountant (Fully qualified CPA or ACCA)
- Experience or studies in accounting, especially in accounts receivables.
- Knowledge of SQL programming and VBA is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Ms Powerpoint is considered an asset.
