We are committed to innovation, sustainability, and delivering products that meet the diverse needs of our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team and lead the manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art facility.

The Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the paint manufacturing process. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the planning and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
2) Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
3) Resource Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal production efficiency.
4) Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the manufacturing process.
5) Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for production staff.
6) Inventory Management:
- Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
7) Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
8) Reworks:
- Ensure usage of non-conforming/slow moving /customer returned product in respective product as instructed.
9) Cleanliness:
- Ensuring good housekeeping to boost employee’s moral. Prevent spillages and leakages by continuous supervision, training and instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of at least 5 years in a managerial role within a paint manufacturing or related industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of paint production processes, formulations, and quality control.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental compliance.
7. Proficient in using production management software and tools.
