Job Description
He or she will have the main following responsibilities:

  • Purchases & sales administration
  • Support to commercial team regarding trade positions
  • PnL & reporting
  • Input into market reports & market analysis
  • Some client relationship interaction
  • Work with other LDC trade cycle support functions for best execution & delivery
  • Support recovering accounts receivables
  • Port lineup monitoring
  • Responsibility of trading assistant, including contract administration
  • Regional Food Balance Sheet development and monitoring

Experience

  • Knowledge of the commodity trade, is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulation/models), PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Understanding of macro and microeconomics is an advantage
  • Ability to handle pressure and think quickly
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Willingness to learn on the job with steep learning curve & volunteer to take on new work scopes
