Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at MAYLEEN CORP located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a busy diary and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field is a plus
