Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at MAYLEEN CORP located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a busy diary and schedule appointments and meetings
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field is a plus
