We aim to introduce top-notch wood coatings to the local market, delivering European-quality products tailored to both the Kenyan and East African markets at affordable prices. We seek individuals with experience in the wood coating industry, particularly in Nairobi, Kenya.
- Roll out segment sales programs, incorporating sales process-related knowledge and tools, and execute B-to-B sales strategies in Nairobi.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in the marketplace, ensuring top and bottom-line results for the wood coating segment in the allocated region.
- Planned, monitored, and periodically reported on the execution of significant sales activities through indirect and direct sales channels.
- Identify significant business opportunities, address existing or potential problem areas, and support the field force where necessary.
- Generate demand forecasts for area segment sales plans, aligning them with established business processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance customer value in service, capability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting key account teams in executing sales plans and achieving desired service levels for new developments.
- Offer leadership and support to sales, customer services, and technical teams, demonstrating vision and allocating resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to applicable corporate and site policies/procedures related to personal conduct and HSE standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
