Revenue Lead

As the Revenue Lead, you will be pivotal in harnessing the financial potential of House of Genius Kenya. This includes not only converting leads from our varied events and sessions but also exploring new opportunities for revenue generation through partnerships, sponsorships, and innovative business models. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the sustainability and growth of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies.
  • Proactively manage and nurture leads to secure sales and partnerships.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with various team members to align strategies with revenue goals, enhancing the financial outcomes of all activities.
  • Track revenue performance and provide insights and strategies to leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue generation strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
