Role Description
Your primary role will be to help us get more clients to use our ecommerce platform. This is a full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist position. The successful candidate will lead all sales and marketing activities across Kenya. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering training to sales teams, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets
- Experience in training and developing sales teams
- Strong sales management skills and ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of Kenya’s market trends and customer needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus
